EASE support

If you are experiencing problems with EASE, please check to make sure you are using the latest revision (EASE 7.1 Revision 6). You can find out what revision you are using clicking on the EASE Help About menu item. This will show a dialog with the release and revision number. If you are using an older revision you can check if your problem is listed. Even if it is not listed it is probably worthwhile upgrading to the latest revision. If you encounter a problem that is not listed, please fill out a Software Problem Report (SPR) form by clicking on the link below.
