HDL Works announces management buyout of Translogic

HDL Works, founded by Willem Gruter and former Translogic employees, has reached an agreement with the Transfer EDA Group to take over the business activities of Translogic.

Starting on May 1st of 2004 HDL Works will take over the software development of the EASE, Scriptum and HDL Companion products and fulfill all maintenance obligations to the former Translogic customers.

In combination with this management buyout we have relocated to a new office building. Please note our new contact details at the contact page of our website.

With this management buyout the former Translogic team is able to have a 200% focus on our own tool development, support and sales. This change will be beneficial for you as a customer and us as tool vendor. As a first step we will release EASE 5.2 in the third quarter of this year.
